Advokatfirmaet Kjær has advised MacGregor in EPC contract negotiations

As detailed in MacGregor’s announcement issued today, 27 August 2020 https://www.macgregor.com/news-insights/releases/2020/macgregor-secures-largest-single-vessel-contract-for-ohts-alfa-lift-wind-foundation-installation-vessel/, MacGregor has entered into an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for delivery to the OHT offshore wind foundation vessel, Alfa Lift.
